Wjbd Terms & Conditions — Transparent, Simple & Fair

Wjbd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") operates an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between wjbd and all of its members.

By using any wjbd service, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using wjbd's services.

Wjbd provides its services for entertainment purposes only. We believe in responsible gaming and encourage members to play within their limits.

The following requirements must be met to open a valid account on wjbd:

• Each individual may only register one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, and address — must be accurate and truthful.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted.
• Keep your contact details (email, phone number) up to date at all times.

KYC Verification Process

Wjbd follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify member identities. Copies of a national ID, passport, or driving licence may be required. Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

You must be at least 18 years old to use wjbd's services. Use of wjbd by minors is strictly prohibited.

Identity documents may be requested at any time for age verification. Failure to verify your age will result in a temporary account suspension.

Wjbd supports a variety of Bangladeshi payment methods. The following rules apply to deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Wjbd never charges deposit fees, though fees from your payment provider may apply.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from wjbd:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Bronze members have a daily withdrawal limit of ৳50,000; Gold members ৳2,00,000; Diamond members have no limit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, though verification may extend processing time to up to 24 hours in some cases.

Wjbd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. General terms applicable to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳5,000. To qualify for this bonus:

• A 5x wagering requirement on the original deposit amount is required before bonus funds can be used.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Bonuses can be used across all games; however, table games contribute only 10% toward wagering requirements.

Reload Bonus

Registered members may receive up to a 50% reload bonus on subsequent deposits. The wagering requirement for reload bonuses is 3x.

Cashback

Weekly cashback is credited directly to your account and can be withdrawn with no wagering requirements.

The following rules apply when placing bets on wjbd:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), verified by international auditors.
• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, the data recorded on wjbd's servers will be considered final.
• Odds in live Sports Betting are subject to change. The odds at the time of placing a bet will apply.
• If a technical error occurs in any game, the affected bets will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• The maximum bet amount is set individually for each game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wjbd. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your location.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using any software or bot to place automated bets.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or vulnerability in the platform.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour toward other members.

Wjbd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If unusual transactions are detected on your account.
• By order of a legal authority.

Members may also request account closure at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed (unless the closure is due to a terms violation).

Wjbd is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We offer the following tools and features:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Time Limit: Set a limit on how much time you spend playing each day.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be referred to arbitration for resolution.
